Subject: UEFA Club LICENSES to be issued for  2013 – 2014 season
and Financial Fair Play criterias

 

 

 

To whom it may concern,

 

With regards to UEFA Financial Fair Play criterias to be implemented starting from 2013- 2014
season, we want to convey our opinions about Turkish team Trabzonspor, applicant to UEFA
Club License. Our assessments will be sent to European Clubs and European Sports Media
which UEFA does not issue European League and Champions League License before.

 

Turkish team Trabzonspor and its controlling shareholder TRABZONSPOR SPORTİF YATIRIM
VE FUTBOL İŞLETMECİLİĞİ TİCARET A.Ş.(TRABZONSPOR Sportif AŞ) are in bankrupcy
according to 2012-2013 season official financial tables and this was announced by the independent
auditor Ernst and Young at the balance sheet itself  

 

Total LOSS of the balance sheet is 61 Million TL ( 23 Million Euros ) 

 

Total DEBT reached 203 Million TL  ( 76 Million Euros )

 

Short Term DEBTS reached 180,5 Million TL ( 68 Million Euros ) 

 

Total ASSETS are NEGATIVE 18 Million TL ( 6,8 Million Euros ) 

 

TAX Debts, reached to 13,3 Million TL ( 5 Million Euros ) and the company was announced as tax
evader by the Ministry of Finance

İf you take into consideration the capital of the company ( less then 10 million Euros) you would see
the financial bankrupcy position of the Club

 

These situation should be considered in  ISSUING LICENSE and PROHIBITION of TRANSFER decision.

 

In the case of assessments executed contain deficient and misleading information and documentation
the punishment to be given to relevant Sports Club will cause dead losses and incorrect image in terms
of our country.

 

For your information, we kindly submit to follow your Turkey Super League and UEFA LICENSE assessments.
